v2 - Bugfixes, all platforms

Fixed not being able to go back to the main menu after losing, and the game not resetting properly if done so.
Fixed the player's inconsistent hitbox until the player bunts the mochi.
Fixed walking during shops sometimes.
Bullets now disappear when the stage is cleared.
